Bella Bellies Prenatal & Postpartum training is movement training for pilates instructors, yoga instructors, doulas, child birth educators & health care providers.

Description:       
**Formatted methods for instructing group exercise, one-on-one instruction and (optional) pilates apparatus (cadillac, chair & reformer).**  

Movement that fosters self awareness can have a profound strengthening and empowering effect on a woman during every stage of motherhood. Prenatal & Postpartum support from a skilled trainer will not only directly influence a mothers emotional, spiritual and physical health but also her baby's.

Bella Bellies education prides itself on healthy prenatal, birth and postpartum practices that support a healthy mom-baby relationship. Bella Bellies Prenatal, Postnatal & Postpartum training is the most comprehensive fitness training offered. The training discusses key topics including but, not limited to: pelvic floor conditioning, core rehabilitation, the unique dynamics of breathing during pregnancy & postpartum, adhesive tissue post c-section, addresses the aging (peri-menopause, menopause & post menopause) postpartum population, diastasis rectus abdominus, nursing modifications and more.

The course is instructed by mother, doula, child birth educator,
 personal trainer, comprehensive certified pilates instructor and founder of Bella Bellies®
Anne (Annie) Martens.

Annie Martens designed the course along with the help of her mother
Registered Nurse Lorraine.

Prenatal April 29-30th, 9:00-3:00  
Postpartum May 1-3rd, 9:00-3:00
If participants are not able to attend the workshop in it's entirety, they may collaborate with Bella Bellies.
